Our family of fine student residences took on a new member in December 2013 with the addition of 193 Chatham Street. Like the sister properties this is a century home constructed in 1896.

A 10 week renovation was completed in early July 2014 and as the photos show the result is an amazing transformation.

One is immediately struck by the scope of the kitchen which received all new cupboards, countertop and appliances. The media room is second to none with a gorgeous decor and furnishings including a wall mounted TV.

There are two totally new, full bathrooms that will appeal to even the most discriminating prospective tenant. Even the laundry room with new washer/dryer (non-coin operated) and laundry tub is inviting.
