Construction Well Underway

After just three days the renovation team has the 95 Eagle Avenue project well in hand. The framing for the new main floor bathroom and basement bedroom is in place. With a nod to new technology we are installing a new tankless water heater which ensures an unlimited supply of hot water for the tenants but also is 98% energy efficient. Several new windows have been ordered. Rogers is the new service provider for high speed internet and cable television. An impressive electric fireplace has been obtained for the media room along with a very attractive six chair patio set. Depending on weather we may be able to have a planned exterior deck on the back of the house completed before winter (if not first thing in spring). So it all systems go in the process that will make this home another beauty. |
